Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use haulzeno.com or create a Haulzeno workspace. By starting a trial or subscription you agree to them on behalf of your company.

The service

Haulzeno provides software for truck dealerships and commercial fleets, including the modules enabled for your workspace and a public dealer website. Modules marked "coming soon" are not part of any plan until they are released.

Trials

Self-serve plans start with a 14-day trial. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan to keep using the workspace.

Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in US dollars per workspace, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• Usage limits (users, active units, fleet vehicles) are shown in your workspace.
• If a payment fails, workspace access may be limited until billing is resolved. Your public website keeps working during that time.
• Enterprise terms are agreed separately in writing.

Your data

Your company owns the records it enters into Haulzeno. You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data of your customers and staff in the platform. See the privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Haulzeno to break the law, to publish listings you are not entitled to sell, to send spam through inquiry forms, or to try to access another company's workspace.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, and we may change or improve features over time. We will give notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Haulzeno is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
