Agreements and reservations
Create a rental agreement for a customer and a unit, with dates, a daily, weekly or monthly rate and a deposit. Each agreement gets its own number.

Availability calendar
A month view of reservations per unit. A unit cannot be booked twice for the same dates.

Checkout and return
Record odometer or hour-meter readings when a unit goes out and when it comes back. The rental charge is worked out from the period and the rate.

Charges and payments
Add fuel, damage, delivery and late charges, record deposits and payments, and see the balance per agreement. Corrections are voided with a reason.

Overdue tracking
Agreements past their end date are flagged in the rentals list, so the yard knows what to chase.

Mark units as available for rent and show them on your website with a For rent badge and daily, weekly or monthly rates.
