FAQ

Pricing questions

Something else? Talk to us.

How long is the free trial?

Every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day trial. Set up your workspace, import your stock and invite your team before you decide.

Is the dealer website really free?

Yes. Haulzeno Websites is included on every plan at no extra cost, including the white-label site on your own domain.

What currency are prices in?

Plan prices are in US dollars per month, per workspace. Inside the workspace you work in your own currency and timezone.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up when you need service, CRM, rentals, parts, finance, HR, payroll or fleet, or talk to us if your module mix does not match a plan.

We only sell, we don't run a fleet. Is Haulzeno still for us?

Yes. Inventory, Service, Sales and CRM cover buying, building and selling on their own. Starter and Dealership do not include Fleet, and any module you do not use can be switched off so it stays out of your team's menus.

We rent out equipment. Does Haulzeno handle rentals?

Yes. Haulzeno Rentals covers rental agreements, an availability calendar, checkout and return with meter readings, fuel and damage charges, deposits and payments, overdue tracking and For rent listings on your website. It is included on Dealership, Dealership + Fleet and Enterprise. If you only rent, Sales can be switched off.

Which plans include Parts and Finance?

Dealership, Dealership + Fleet and Enterprise. Parts keeps a bin-level ledger of used parts and posts parts issued on a work order to the unit being prepared. Finance spreads shipment bills in JPY or USD across the units they cover, and handles invoices, acknowledgement receipts, post-dated cheques, BIR 2307 tracking, payables, loans and a printable lender pack. Its reports are operational reports from recorded transactions, not audited financial statements. Starter does not include either.

Which plans include HR and Payroll?

Dealership, Dealership + Fleet and Enterprise, with 50, 150 and a custom number of employees included. HR keeps 201 files, schedules, clock-ins and leave; Payroll pays daily- and monthly-paid staff on one run and needs HR turned on. Employee self-service logins do not count towards your user limit. Starter includes neither.

Is it PH compliant?

It is built on Philippine rules, and the rules are stored as dated tables. SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR withholding tables each carry the date they took effect and the circular or revenue regulation behind them, and a pay run uses the tables in force on its pay date. When an agency changes a rate, a new table is added with its effective date and past runs keep the figures they were paid with. Overtime, night, rest-day and holiday pay follow the DOLE rate matrix; you can raise a multiplier for your company but not set it below the DOLE minimum. Every run checks daily rates against your region's minimum wage and its effective date. The 13th month is computed from basic pay earned in the year (PD 851), and final pay covers the last salary, pro-rated 13th month, unused convertible leave, loan balances and annualized tax. Salaries, government IDs and bank details are sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173): only people you give HR or Payroll access can see them, and the activity log records changes to those fields without their values. Payroll is computed, not audited: the figures come from recorded attendance and the statutory tables in force on the pay date, so check them before you file or pay.

What counts as an active unit?

A unit currently held in your inventory, including units you rent out. Limits are soft and shown in your workspace, so you can see when you are close.

What does Enterprise include?

Every module, including Parts, Finance, HR and Payroll, with custom user, unit and employee limits, multi-branch operations and priority support.

What happens to my website if a payment fails?

Your public website keeps working. Workspace access is limited until billing is resolved, and owners keep read-only access to their data.

Is our data separate from other companies?

Yes. Every record belongs to one workspace, and access is enforced both in the application and in the database.
