Haulzeno HR
201 files, schedules, clock-ins from the yard and leave filing on a phone.
Office staff on a monthly salary and yard, workshop and driving crews on a daily rate, in one employee list. Attendance is recorded as people clock in, leave is filed and approved in the workspace, and every employee sees their own records from their phone.

What's in Haulzeno HR
Employee records and 201 files, schedules, attendance, leave and self-service.
01
201 files
Personal and employment details, TIN, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG numbers, contracts, clearances and certificates kept on the employee, with expiry dates on documents that lapse and a timeline of promotions, transfers and rate changes.
02
Schedules, rest days and holidays
Fixed, flexible or shifting schedules with breaks, rest days and night shifts. The year's regular holidays and special days load from the national list, and you can add local ones.
03
Clock-ins from the yard
Employees clock in and out on their phone, within a set distance of their branch if you require it. Online, the time recorded is the server's, not the phone's. With no signal, the phone keeps the clock-in and sends it later, and HR reviews any that look off before they count. Biometric device exports import as CSV.
04
Attendance worked out per day
Lates, undertime, absences, overtime, night hours, rest-day and holiday work are worked out per employee per day from the schedule and the clock-ins. Any edit to a time entry needs a written reason.
05
Leave and overtime
Service incentive leave, maternity, paternity, solo parent and your own company leave types, with balances per year. Employees file on their phone and a supervisor approves or rejects with a note. Overtime can be set to count only once approved.
06
Self-service accounts
Each employee can have a login that shows only their own attendance, leave, 201 documents, requests and, with Haulzeno Payroll, their payslips. Self-service accounts do not count towards your user limit.
07
Handbook and policies
Publish your handbook, code of conduct and safety rules. Employees read and acknowledge each version on their phone, with an optional short quiz, and the signed acknowledgment is kept in their 201 file. New versions ask everyone again.
08
Memos and announcements
Send a memo to everyone or to a department, pin the urgent ones, and see who has read it and who has noted it.
09
Due process for discipline
Record the incident, serve a Notice to Explain with at least five calendar days to answer, take the written explanation, hold the hearing and issue the decision. Penalties follow your code of conduct, and every notice prints with received-by lines.
10
Requests and evaluations
Employees request a certificate of employment, 2316 copy or loan certification from their phone, and HR sees the due date (three days for a COE). Probation evaluations come due in month five, before regularization.
11
Advances, property and clearance
Cash advances with the employee's written authorization to deduct, reimbursements with receipt photos, tools and PPE issued and returned, and an offboarding clearance with the 30-day final pay date.
12
Workplace safety
Incident and near-miss reports with corrective actions, toolbox talks with attendance, safety officers and first-aiders with certificate expiry, and a monthly summary to prepare your DOLE report.
Where it sits
Part of one lifecycle, not a separate tool.
Haulzeno HR shares units, customers and records with every other module you turn on.
How it fits
HR holds the people the rest of the workspace already refers to. With Haulzeno Fleet on, a driver can be linked to their employee record. The attendance HR works out is what Haulzeno Payroll pays from, and once a period is paid its attendance locks. Salaries, government IDs and bank details are visible only to people you give HR or Payroll access; everyone else sees a directory of names and positions, and the activity log records changes to those fields without their values.
What changes
- One employee list for office and yard staff instead of a folder per person.
- Attendance counted from clock-ins, not a time sheet retyped at cutoff.
- Policies, notices and clearances on record, with dates, when you need to show them.

Do employees need a computer?
No. Self-service is built for phones: clock in and out, file leave and overtime, see the month of attendance and, with Haulzeno Payroll, open released payslips. A self-service login sees nothing else in the workspace.
Who can see salaries and government IDs?
Only members you give HR or Payroll access. Rates and bank details follow Payroll access, government IDs follow HR access. Everyone else sees names, positions and departments only, and the activity log shows that a salary changed without showing the amount.
Does it follow the twin-notice rule?
The case workflow follows it: a Notice to Explain that states the acts, the rule and the possible penalty with at least five calendar days to answer, a hearing or conference, then a written decision. Preventive suspension is capped at 30 days. The system keeps the record and the dates; review your policies and decisions with your labor counsel.
How is employee data protected?
Employee and customer records are personal information under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Sensitive fields are visible only to people you give access, and the privacy settings hold your Data Protection Officer, privacy notice, consent records, data subject requests and a breach log with the 72-hour notification clock.
Can we bring in attendance from our biometric device?
Yes, as a CSV export. Map the columns once (employee number or biometric ID, timestamp, in or out) and the entries are added to each employee. A live connection to the device is not part of this release.
