Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data Haulzeno collects through haulzeno.com and the Haulzeno platform, why we collect it and what choices you have.

What we collect

When you book a demo

Your company name, your name, work email, phone number (if given) and your message. We use this to reply to your request and arrange a demo.

When you use the platform

Account details for the people in your workspace (name, email, role) and the business records your team enters, such as units, customers, sales, work orders and fleet data. Your company controls that business data; we process it to provide the service.

Technical data

Our hosting providers record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to keep the service running. This marketing site does not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to demo requests and questions.
• To provide, secure and support the Haulzeno platform.
• To send service messages about your account, such as trial and billing notices.

We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, including our database and hosting providers. Each workspace's records are kept separate and access is restricted to members of that workspace and to Haulzeno staff who need it to provide support.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period after. Workspace data is kept for as long as your subscription is active and deleted or returned on request when it ends, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Customers of a dealership using Haulzeno should contact that dealership first, as it controls its own records.
