About
The operating system for truck dealerships and commercial fleets.
Haulzeno brings inventory, customers, sales, rentals, service and fleet operations into one connected platform, for dealerships that buy, build and sell, businesses that rent out their equipment, and fleet operators.
Why we built it
A dealership relationship should not end when a truck leaves the lot.
Truck and equipment dealers run on spreadsheets for stock, a separate tool for the workshop, chat threads for inquiries and a bookkeeper's file for payments. Once a unit is sold, it usually disappears from view.
Rental businesses see the same unit go out and come back many times. Bookings sit on a whiteboard, meter readings on paper and damage charges in a chat thread, so the balance on a hire and the state of the unit are hard to pin down.
Fleet operators get the vehicle, but not its history, and rebuild maintenance and compliance records from scratch.
Haulzeno puts all of it on one record per unit. It grew out of software built to run a truck and heavy equipment importer in the Philippines: sourcing units from Japan, preparing them in the workshop and selling them to local operators. The same records now carry a unit through a sale, a rental or a customer's fleet, and back to the workshop for service and replacement. Each business turns on the modules it runs.

How we work
Operational software for people who move metal.
01
Information first
Screens show the unit, the number and the status you need. Decoration comes last.
02
One record per vehicle
A truck keeps one history from purchase to replacement, whichever team is working on it.
03
Money is handled carefully
Costs lock at sale, voids need a reason, and every change is recorded with a name.
04
Built on real operations
Features come from yards, workshops and fleet depots, not from a feature checklist.
