What's in Haulzeno Inventory

Stock units, sourcing, stages, identifiers, photos, costs and arrivals.

  • 01

    Sourcing and arrivals

Record where each unit was bought, its acquisition date and when it arrived in the yard.

  • 02

    Stages

Move units through your own stages, from in transit to workshop prep to ready for sale, and filter the yard by stage.

  • 03

    Identifiers

Chassis numbers, engine numbers and stock IDs stored on the unit and searchable across the workspace.

  • 04

    Photos and videos

Attach photos and walkaround videos to a unit. The same media feeds your website listing.

  • 05

    Unit costs

Acquisition and preparation costs add up to a cost per unit you can compare against the selling price.

  • 06

    Days in stock

See how long each unit has been on hand, so aging stock is visible before it becomes a problem.

  • 07

    Papers per unit

A checklist for every unit: bill of lading and import entry, LTO OR/CR, HPG clearance, CTPL, deed of sale and transfer of ownership. Each paper has a status, a number, an expiry date and a custody log of who holds the original.

  • 08

    Yard placards

Print an A4 placard for any unit with its stock number large enough to read across the yard and a QR code. Scanning it opens the unit and its open work on a phone, showing only what that person is allowed to see and change.

  • 09

    Branches

Units, staff, work orders and bills can belong to a branch or yard, and lists filter by branch once you run more than one.

Where it sits

Part of one lifecycle, not a separate tool.

Haulzeno Inventory shares units, customers and records with every other module you turn on.

What changes

  • One list of units instead of spreadsheets per branch.
  • Cost per unit known before you quote.
  • "Where are the papers?" answered from the unit record.
